Mondays 6-7pm Boot Camp (Sculthorpe Village Hall)
Thursdays 6-7pm Boot Camp (The Gallows Fakenham, outside on tennis court)
Saturdays 9:30-10:30am Boot Camp (Sculthorpe Village Hall)
This is a popular trend in the fitness world today, and for good reason. It is a fun and challenging full body cardiovascular and strength workout. Whether it’s losing weight or gaining strength and fitness, our bootcamp sessions will improve your health and have you feeling great!
Body Reset Class 9:30-10:20am (Fakenham Community Centre, beginner/intermediate class)
A class that will take you through a range of exercises to help build strength, boxing/padwork for fitness, abs and core exercises and ending with some yoga/stretching to improve posture and flexibility.
Avenir BLight is a clean and stylish font favored by designers. It's easy on the eyes and a great go-to font for titles, paragraphs & more.

Aquafit is a fun aerobic workout, using the water for resistance. It is an excellent all round workout, and allows you to choose your own pace and intensity. Make it as hard or easy as you choose. It is particularly good for those new to exercise or people that want all the benefits of exercise without putting pressure on their joints. This is our most popular class!
